Ingredients:

  • beef - 1 kg.
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • onion - 2 pcs.
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • oil - 2-3 tbsp.
  • butter - 40 g
  • salt, pepper - to taste.
  • paprika - 1 tbsp
  • flour - 1.5 tbsp
  • tomato paste - 3 tbsp.
  • water - 800 ml.
  • sugar - 1 tsp.
  • bay leaves - 1 pc.
  • sweet pepper - 2 pcs.
  • cream 15-20% - 4 tbsp.
  • herbs

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the meat into medium-sized pieces.

2. Cut the carrots and onions into half rings, chop the garlic.

3. Add oil and butter to a preheated skillet and put the meat in. Add salt, pepper, paprika and fry.

4. Add onions, garlic and carrots. Fry them as well.

5. Add flour, tomato paste dissolved in water, sugar, bay leaf. Cover and cook for an hour over medium heat.

6. Cut the sweet pepper into strips and add to the meat and cook for another 20-30 minutes.

7. At the end, add cream and remove from heat in a minute. Add chopped herbs.
