What items you should never take from flight attendants

During long flights, flight attendants try to provide passengers with maximum comfort on the plane. They can offer water, a snack, or headphones if you forgot yours at home. However, flight attendants themselves recommend refusing some things because they can be dangerous.

Experts told BestLife that you should never use pillows and blankets that are offered to passengers for their comfort during the flight. If you want to get a good night's sleep, take your own pillow on the plane.

It turns out that pillows and blankets are not washed as often as you might think. In addition, flight attendants are not sure how thoroughly they disinfect them after use. These items are reused by passengers from flight to flight. If you are flying early in the morning, there is a chance that you will get a relatively fresh item. Passengers flying in the evening get pillows with germs from previous users.

"I see people wrap their feet in the blankets, I see people sneeze in the blankets," flight attendant Linda Ferguson told the tabloid.

There are airlines that guarantee sanitary safety for passengers and vouch for the cleanliness of blankets and pillows on board. However, for prevention, it is better to be safe and use personal items to ensure a comfortable flight.
