Ingredients:
- half a small cabbage
- half of the red cabbage
- carrots - 1 pc
Ingredients for the sauce:
- lemon juice - 2-3 tbsp
- mayonnaise - 3 tbsp
- sour cream - 3 tsp
- Dijon mustard - 1 tsp
- honey - 1 tsp
- salt and black pepper - to taste

1. Chop the cabbage. For carrots, you can use a special grater for Korean-style carrots.
2. Salt the shredded cabbage and leave for 10 minutes. During this time, it will become softer and release juice, which will add juiciness to the salad.
