Ingredients:
- arugula
- pear
- shrimp
- garlic
- butter (for frying)
- sugar (for caramelization)
- blue mold cheese
- avocado
- olive oil (dressing base)
- lime
- ground red pepper

Method of preparation:
1. Fry the shrimp in butter with 2-3 crushed garlic cloves.
2. Fry for 3-4 minutes on each side to make them tender and flavorful.
3. Cut the pear into thin slices.
4. Sprinkle 1-2 tbsp of sugar on a preheated frying pan with butter and fry until golden brown.
5. Put the arugula base on a large plate.
