The new crossover Volkswagen ID.Unyx 2025 model year revealed in official photos. This is the long-awaited low-cost electric car. Interestingly, originally the VW ID.4 model, which is used in the basis, turned into a car of another brand - Cupra. And now there was a reverse process.

As recalls OBOZ.UA, it was previously expected that Volkswagen is preparing a new subsidiary brand for this model. It was reported that the fresh name is addressed to young modern buyers. But it turned out differently.

The crossover will still be sold as VW, which joined the electric ID lineup. However, technically and visually it is actually the Cupra Tavascan, which was once built on the basis of the Volkswagen ID.4.

In the photo, the new VW ID.Unyx looks modern, spectacular and unusual. Narrow headlights, many folds and sharp edges on the body, dynamic silhouette. From Tavascan novelty differs front bumper and taillight graphics.
