The city of Berdiansk, which has been under Russian occupation since March 2022, was shown on the Internet. According to the latest footage, the popular resort on the Azov Sea coast is going through hard times.

According to Accent, the local train station, which used to welcome tourists, is "on standby" and deserted. "It is waiting for better times. There used to be a lot of people... and trains went to Kyiv, Lviv, and Dnipro. Suburban ones – Polohy, Zaporizhzhia... The train was cheaper than minibusses – by a factor of two. And people were willing to travel," the author of one of the videos recalls with nostalgia.

Another video shows a beach covered with jellyfish. "Even if there were tourists and vacationers in Berdiansk, it would be impossible to swim in the sea now," the message says.
