Ingredients:

  • Chicken thigh fillet - 500-700 g
  • Kefir 2.5% - 250 ml
  • Olive oil - 3-4 tbsp.
  • Honey - 1 tbsp. l
  • Dried oregano - 1 tsp. without a slide
  • Garlic - 5 cloves.
  • Rosemary - a few sprigs
  • Salt and pepper

For baking:

  • Lemon - 1/2 pc.
  • Rosemary - 2 sprigs
  • Thyme - 5-6 sprigs
  • Ground pepper

Method of preparation:

1. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade together with the kefir.

2. Marinate the chicken, be sure to cover the container with foil and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight.
