Ukrainians without higher education are offered from 50 thousand UAH: who has the highest salaries

In Ukraine, salaries of 50 thousand UAH are offered not only to job seekers with higher education. Skilled workers can also count on such a salary.

This is stated in the data of a large HR portal. The average salary in Ukraine is about UAH 19.8 thousand in vacancies. At the same time, salaries vary significantly by region. For example, Kyiv offers an average of UAH 26 thousand. While residents of Sumy can expect a salary of UAH 15 thousand.

At the same time, some vacancies offer salaries significantly higher than UAH 50 thousand. Such offers include, for example, vacancies for sales representatives. For example, in Lviv, a vacancy is offered for a candidate with a driver's license and communication skills. The maximum salary indicated in the vacancy is UAH 100 thousand. However, it depends on sales results, so at least in the first months it can be much lower.

A fleet manager in a taxi service can earn about UAH 50 thousand. There is such a vacancy in Kyiv, and the employer violated the Labor Code in the ad. Among the requirements, he specified not only gender, but also age (from 28 to 45 years old). This discriminates against Ukrainians under the age of 28, over 45, and women.

A real estate expert can also earn from UAH 50 thousand. The requirements for a candidate also do not include the level of education. In fact, the company can hire almost any candidate who knows how to sell real estate (or can quickly learn).

High salaries (well above UAH 50 thousand) are also offered to tractor operators. However, there is a shortage of tractor operators, so some employers are willing to hire students, pensioners, and candidates without work experience. "We invite candidates with at least 1 year of experience, but we are ready to consider applicants without prior experience," the ad says.

A courier with a private car can also earn about UAH 50 thousand. For this money, you need to make targeted deliveries for one of the largest postal operators using your own car. You will also have to draw up supporting documents.

Earlier, OBOZ.UA reported that the shortage of workers led to a significant increase in wages in seasonal industries, particularly in the agricultural and construction sectors. Wages in the agricultural sector increased by 46.15%, and in the construction sector - by 54.4% compared to 2023.
