Ingredients:
- Rice paper – 1 pc.
- Egg – 1 pc.
- Feta – 30 g
- Sweet pepper – 50 g
- Green onion – 1 tsp.
- Sunflower oil – 1 tsp.
- Chili flakes – 0.5 tsp.
- Paprika – 0.5 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Mix the oil, chili flakes and paprika.
Rice Paper
2. Put the rice paper in a preheated frying pan and pour the flavored oil over it. Add chopped feta, pepper, and green onions.
Cooking
3. Beat in the egg and mix with a spatula, then wrap the pancake.
