The absolute favorite of the rating was the Lexus NX, which received 100% of the points in the study. None of the owners of this premium mid-size SUV reported any problems over the past two years. The Lexus NX stands out not only for its reliability but also for its fuel efficiency thanks to its hybrid powertrain. Drivers note that when using the electric mode, the model can provide a fuel consumption of 314 miles per gallon.
Available option – Toyota Aygo X
The second place went to the Toyota Aygo X, which also received 100% in the rating. Despite its affordable price (£15,164), owners praise its reliability. Not a single driver has experienced any problems with this model during two years of operation. Another advantage is the ability to purchase an extended warranty of up to 10 years or 100,000 miles, which provides additional peace of mind for the future.
Mini Countryman – style and quality
The Mini Countryman took third place in the rating. The compact crossover from Germany received 99.7% for reliability. Most of the malfunctions reported by the owners concerned minor body defects, which were quickly and free of charge eliminated at dealerships. The Mini Countryman is known for its spacious interior and quality build, making it one of the best choices for families.
Experts noted that Lexus and Toyota traditionally top the ratings due to their well-thought-out design, use of quality materials, and long service life. The high rating of owners confirms that these brands do not just offer cars, but create trust and comfort for their customers.
