The undefeated heavyweight lost the championship fight in 27 seconds by knockout after the first punch. Video
Italian Alessio Bisutti (9-0, 8 KOs) won a super-fast victory in the fight for the vacant UBO Continental Heavyweight title. The bout at the Lumpinee Boxing Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand, against Gurkan "Storm" Karadag (7-1, 7 KOs) ended in the first round.
The previously undefeated Turk could only last 27 seconds. The 47-year-old Bisutti needed one quick, well-placed left hand to the temple of his 110-pound opponent to knock him to the canvas.
Karadag, 24, was able to get up but refused to continue the fight.
The show, billed as FCC 7 Double Impact 2, was organized by FCC (Fight Club Championship) in association with Highland Boxing. Bisutti's next fight will be his first title defense, scheduled for November in Pattaya Beach, Thailand.
