The price has appeared: Dacia's inexpensive Toyota rival was shown in detail

The long-awaited budget crossover Dacia Bigster for the 2025 model year has been officially shown in detail. This inexpensive car will be a cheap rival to the Toyota RAV4 and Mazda CX-5. The price has already been revealed.

The Bigster crossover is 4.57 meters long. It is about 30 cm longer than the Renault Duster. All to offer seven seats. But this modification will appear later – the cabin is still a five-seater. The car is shown by Autogefühl.

The 1st generation Dacia Bigster budget crossover is based on the Dacia Duster 3, which debuted recently. The novelty repeats the design of the original – the differences are noticeable in the bumpers and the elongated body profile.

Engines of the Dacia Bigster 2025:

• 1.2-liter gasoline turbo (130 hp);
• 1.6-liter gasoline turbo (hybrid, 140 hp);
• 1.6-liter gasoline turbo (hybrid, 155 hp).

The price of the Dacia Bigster is just under 25,000 euros for the base variant. The hybrid will cost 30,000 euros. An excellent offer, given the practicality and size of the new model. However, this is the most expensive Dacia model in history.

Earlier it was reported that the assembly line for the model is already being set up. The first copies of the Dacia Bigster are expected to be produced by the end of 2024. The crossover should go on sale in 2025, and the live premiere is expected at the Paris Motor Show.
