The perfect low-carb, high-protein breakfast: what products to choose

A personal trainer who goes by the username @jessept on TikTok shared an idea for a low-carb, high-protein breakfast.

You will need:

  • 200 ml of egg whites
  • 200 g of canned tomatoes
  • a handful of chopped spinach
  • half a brown onion (diced)
  • 1 quarter of red capsicum (bell pepper)
  • 2 eggs
  • 25 g of chopped chorizo
  • 25 g of low-fat feta cheese.

He also recommended seasoning it with a little salt and pepper to taste. The trainer explained that "you can also add garlic, chickpeas, and any other herbs/spices" to your taste. According to him, the recipe can be adjusted to suit your needs.

He also said that it should be baked at 180 degrees for 50 minutes.

This delicious recipe contains 416 calories, 11 g of carbohydrates, 20.3 g of fat, and 47.5 g of protein.
