The most delicious way to cook pork: be sure to add seasonal plums
Pork can easily become tough and overdone. But the following cooking method will make this meat perfect. The product should be stewed with plums.

Ingredients:
- pork tenderloin - 2 pcs.
- salt - 1 tsp.
- pepper - 0.5 tsp.
- dried rosemary - 1 tsp.
- dried garlic - 1 tsp.
- Suneli hops - 1 tsp.
- oil - 150 ml.
- butter - 50 g
- rosemary - 2 sprigs
- onion - 1 pc.
- broth (water) - 200 ml.
- wine vinegar - 50 ml.
- honey - 2 tbsp.
- plums - 8 pcs.
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the tenderloin into 5-centimeter-thick slices and press down.
2. Mix all dry spices and add oil.
3. Marinate the meat and leave for 30 minutes.
4. Fry the meat on all sides until golden brown in a preheated frying pan.
5. Add the oil and rosemary.
6. Put the meat aside.
7. Fry the chopped onion in the same pan.
8. Pour in the broth or water, wine vinegar and honey. Allow to evaporate for 10 minutes.
9. Return the meat. Add half of the halved plums. Cover and cook for another 15 minutes or put in the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
10. The plums are completely stewed and will blend well with the sauce.
11. Add the remaining plums 4 minutes before cooking.
