  • rice - 1 cup
  • minced meat - 600-700 g
  • onion - 2 pcs
  • carrot - 1 pc
  • cabbage - 1-2 heads
  • oil - for frying
  • tomato paste - 2 tbsp

  • salt, pepper - to taste
