Food blogger Daryna with the nickname treskablog shared her recipe for the perfect apple charlotte on Instagram. The peculiarity of the technology lies in the number of eggs for the dough, as well as the technology of whipping them.

The way to cook the perfect charlotte:

1. Beat four large eggs with a pinch of salt.

2. Add 120 grams of sugar and beat.

3. Add 120 grams of flour.

4. Add 1/4 tsp of baking powder, whisk.

5. Grease the mold with ghee, and put semolina on top of the butter.

6. Put a lot of sliced apples into the mold.

7. Sprinkle cinnamon on the apples and add 100 g of chopped nuts.

8. Pour the dough around the perimeter.

9. Bake for 50-60 minutes in a preheated 175-degree oven. Do not cut until completely cool.
