Ingredients:
- Cream cheese
- Chicken liver - 500 gr
- Eggs - 2 pcs
- Milk - 150 ml
- Flour - 2-3 tbsp
- Oil - 2-3 tbsp
- Salt
- Pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the liver, peel it from the films, and blend it with a blender.
2. Add milk, eggs, salt, pepper to taste,e and sifted flour. Add vegetable oil at the end.
3. Fry the liver pancakes on medium heat on both sides.
4. Grease each pancake with cream cheese and form a cake.
5. Garnish the edges of the cake with dill sprigs and refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
