Ingredients
- Sour cream – 250 g
- Milk – 250 ml
- Gelatin – 15 g
- Sugar – 70 g
- Vanilla – 1 tsp.
- Persimmon – 2-3 pcs.
- Orange – 1 pc.
Method of preparation.
1. Mix gelatin with 150 ml of milk and set aside to swell.
2. Add the rest of the milk, sugar, and vanilla to the sour cream. Mix thoroughly.
3. Melt the gelatin in a water bath.
4. Add the gelatin to the sour cream and mix quickly.
5. Pour the resulting mass into the molds. If you use transparent glasses, you can tilt them to add beauty to the future dessert.
6. Put it in the refrigerator until it is completely hardened.
7. Chop persimmons and mix with orange juice. Blend until smooth.
8. Take the molds out of the refrigerator and add the persimmon mixture.
9. Serve to the table.
