Ingredients:

  • cheese - 50 g (grated)
  • egg - 1 pc
  • sausage - 2 pcs
  • bread for toasts - 1 pc
  • salt, black pepper - to taste
  • greens - for serving

Method of preparation:

1. Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Put the grated cheese in a circle slightly larger than the size of the toast. Gently beat an egg into the center of the cheese and season with salt and pepper. Cover the egg with slices of sausage.

2. Put the bread on top and press down a little. Fry for a few minutes until the cheese is browned and the egg is set.

3. Carefully turn the sandwich over and fry for another 2-3 minutes until the bread is crispy.
