The new Subaru Forester Wilderness SUV for the 2026 model year has been fully declassified as an extreme version of the famous inexpensive crossover from Japan. The car has received several important changes.

The body has protective elements made of dark plastic. The design of the bumpers has changed, and new wheels and off-road tires have appeared. The ground clearance of the Subaru Forester Wilderness SUV is almost 24 cm.

A rear differential temperature sensor has also been added to the equipment. Useful equipment as part of an all-wheel drive transmission to help avoid overheating.

The new Forester Wilderness of the 2026 model year will go on sale in the fall with a 2.5-liter gasoline engine with a capacity of 180 hp. The estimated price is about $ 35,000.
