Legendary American super heavyweight Mike Tyson (50-7, 44 KOs) lost in an exhibition fight to blogger and influencer Jake Paul (11-1, 7 KOs), who has 20.8 million subscribers and about 7.7 billion views on YouTube. The fight at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington (USA) ended with a unanimous decision of the judges – 80-72, 79-73 and 79-73.

The 58-year-old Tyson returned to the ring for the first time since 2005 when he ended his career after a defeat by Kevin McBride and lost his first fight in 19 years.

Despite the status of the show, both fighters started the fight very aggressively, investing in strikes as much as possible. From the very first minutes, Mike tried to put his 27-year-old compatriot under severe pressure.

Paul did not force the situation, and retreated to the defense, preferring to dodge punches or get away from them in the clinch.

In the second round, the boxers exchanged dangerous flurries: Tyson responded to an overhand from Paul with a left lateral.

Gradually, young Jake began to seize the initiative. Tyson missed a lot of shots, lost his aggression, and lost his balance, but he wasn't going to give up.

In the end, the strength left the age-old ex-champion and Paul completely dominated the canvas. Mike practically did not move around the ring and did not attack.

According to the Compubox computerized punch counting system, the winner threw 278 punches (78 of which hit the target).

Jake Paul also has an absolute advantage in both jabs (31-5) and power punches (47-13).

Commenting on the fight, Tyson said he was absolutely happy despite the negative result: "I don't care what anyone thinks, I wasn't going to prove anything to anyone but myself. I'm just glad I can do what I love."

Mike also admitted that he had been injured in the ring, but did not want to use it as an excuse. Speaking about his future in the sport, he suggested that he could fight Jake's brother Logan Paul. The latter responded with the phrase "Shit, man, I'm going to kill you."
