Cadillac is one of the oldest car manufacturers, having become part of General Motors in 1909. Many models have become icons because of their design and innovation. Cadillac symbolizes luxury and power because most cars are equipped with large V-8 engines and in some cases even V-16.

Top Speed magazine published a list of the best Cadillacs in history. These models were popular among the rich and celebrities.

1930 Cadillac V-16

This is a luxury car that can be used as a roadster. The V-8 engine has a volume of 7.1 or 7.4 liters. The power is 156 horsepower, and the car accelerates to 100 km/h in 24 seconds.

1977 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham

The car is equipped with a seven-liter V-8 engine with 180-195 horsepower. Fleetwood Brougham accelerates to 100 km/h in 12.0 seconds. The top speed is 183 km/h. This model has become popular among directors who often use the car in movies.

1959 Cadillac Series 62

The car is equipped with a 6.4-liter OHV V-8 engine with 304-345 horsepower and a top speed of 204 km/h. The Cadillac accelerates to 100 km/h in 11.2 seconds. The car was an icon of luxury and is associated with such famous people as Marilyn Monroe, Al Capone, and even US President Franklin D. Roosevelt.

1965 Cadillac DeVille/Eldorado
