- Chicken liver – 500 g
- Onion – 0.5 pcs.
- Carrot – 1 pc.
- Egg – 1 pc.
- Flour – 3 tbsp
- Sour cream – 2 tbsp
- Salt, pepper, paprika – to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots on a small grater. Fry them a little.
