Sweet autumn plum pie: perfect to prepare for tea for the family

Ingredients:
- butter - 70 g
- eggs - 1 pc.
- milk - 150 ml
- baking powder -10 g
- plums - 6-8 pcs.
- salt - a pinch
For the caramel crust:
- cinnamon - 1 tsp.
- butter - 30 g
- sugar - 50 g
Method of preparation:
1. Combine 70 g of oil (cold) and 100 g of sugar, 150 g of flour and a pinch of salt.
2. Grind into crumbs with a blender or rub quickly with your hands to prevent the butter from melting.
3. Beat the eggs with milk in a separate bowl.
4. Pour the milk mixture to the rest of the ingredients, add the baking powder and mix until smooth. You should get a smooth and shiny dough, with a consistency like a cupcake.
5. Put the dough into a greased mold, filling it 1/2 full.
6. Cut the plums in half and remove the pits.
7. Place them cut side down on top of the pie.
8. Mix sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle it over the cake.
9. Melt the butter in a separate container and pour it on top of the sugar ball.
10. Bake in a preheated 175 degree oven for 40-45 minutes (until a toothpick comes out dry). The finished cake can be served with ice cream or whipped cream.
