Ingredients:

  • flour - 280 g + for rolling
  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/3 tsp
  • vodka - 2 tbsp
  • mineral sparkling water - 150 ml
  • sunflower oil for frying
  • honey
  • walnuts

Method of preparation:

1. Sift flour into a bowl.

2. Add sugar, salt, vodka and mineral water.

3. Mix everything thoroughly.

4. Knead the dough for 10 minutes. If it sticks to your hands, add a little more flour.

5. Put it in a bag and leave it for 30 minutes.

6. Then divide into 2 parts and roll out each into a thin layer, about 1 mm.

7. Cut into squares and then on four sides, not reaching the middle. You can use a paring knife.

8. Put 3 squares on top of each other so that the edges do not match and press down the middle.

9. Fry the formed products in a sufficient amount of heated vegetable oil over medium heat, turning them over.

10. Pour honey over the finished cookies to taste and sprinkle with fried chopped nuts.
