- eggs - 2 pcs.

1. For pumpkin puree, you need to bake the pumpkin until it is soft. It all depends on the type of pumpkin. Some varieties need to be additionally blended, and if you take a butternut squash, it can be easily removed with a spoon after baking.

2. Mix the sifted flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt in a bowl.

3. In another bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, oil, milk, eggs, and sugar until smooth.
4. Combine the dry ingredients with the liquid ingredients and gently mix the batter until smooth.

6. Bake in a preheated 220-degree oven for 5 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 175 degrees and bake for another 15-20 minutes or until a skewer comes out dry.
