Affordable cars under $13,000 are a popular segment. The list of the best models at an attractive price includes many successful vehicles that can be bought on the used car market.

WhatCar experts have analyzed the secondary market, conducted extensive testing, and identified the ten best cars with a mileage of no more than 5 years at a price of up to $13,000.

Top 10 best affordable used cars:

The last place in the top ten is occupied by the Opel Corsa. The car was criticized for its inexpressive handling and problematic infotainment system. Nevertheless, the experts liked the practicality and variety of equipment that can be found on the secondary market for a small amount of money.
