Ingredients for the base:
- flour – 10 g
- baking powder – 0.5 tsp.
- cocoa – 1 tsp.
- sugar – 100 g
- vanilla sugar – 1 tsp.
- a pinch of salt
- kefir – 100 ml.
- vegetable oil – 90 ml.
- eggs – 1 pc.
- red food coloring

- cream cheese – 500 g
- sour cream – 120
- eggs – 2 pcs
- sugar – 120 g
- vanilla sugar – 1 tsp.
- lemon juice – 1 tsp.

1. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees (top-down mode without convection).
2. Put all the ingredients for the curd layer in a bowl and mix well, breaking up all the grains.

3. For red velvet, put the flour, baking powder, cocoa, salt, sugar, and vanilla sugar in a separate bowl and mix together.
4. Add the liquid ingredients: kefir, egg, oil.

5. Beat with a mixer for several minutes until fluffy and homogeneous, and add red food coloring.
