Ingredients:
- cottage cheese – 700 g
- eggs – 4 pcs
- sour cream – 250 g
- milk – 50 ml
- vanilla sugar – 10 g
- corn starch – 30 g
- coconut flakes – 30 g
- cocoa – 1-2 tbsp (30-50 ml of milk, if necessary)
- chocolate – 40 g

1. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, cornstarch or semolina, eggs, sour cream, and milk to the cottage cheese.
2. Beat everything thoroughly with a blender until smooth.

3. Next, divide the mass into 2 equal parts, add coconut flakes to one, and cocoa and chopped chocolate to the other.
4. Both masses should have the same viscosity, so if the chocolate mass becomes thicker when you add cocoa, add milk.
