On April 1, American singer Cher received the Icon Award at the iHeartRadio 2024 ceremony in Los Angeles. The winner came to the event wearing brutal pants that have already been seen on a celebrity.

She decided to make a joke about it herself, explaining her fashion decision. The star said she has been wearing black cargo pants for 40 years. A video of her speech was posted on YouTube.  

"There are people who say: "Doesn't she have another pair of pants?" I've had these pants for 40 years. I thought we should come here and collect this award together," the star joked, showing off her Chrome Hearts pants.

The artist complemented her look with a shiny top that was decorated with decorative stones, and various fasteners, zippers, and locks sparkled on Cher's pants.

The celebrity has other pairs similar to these. She often styles black pants with jackets, sweaters, and tops. However, it is these pants that fans see on the artist regularly.

Before receiving the Icon Award and delivering her speech, Cher performed her song "Believe," which hit number 1 on the Billboard Hot 100. She was joined by actress and singer Jennifer Hudson.

Earlier, OBOZ.UA wrote that Cher wished everyone happiness on the occasion of the New Year, but made an exception for Russian tyrant Vladimir Putin. In February 2022, before the outbreak of a full-scale war, the singer said that "Putin's despot destroys heroes."

Later, Cher assured that she was ready to accept refugees from Ukraine in her home. She also condemned the attack on Ukraine and called Russian President Vladimir Putin a war criminal.

In addition, the star, together with American actor Mickey Rourke, called on other countries to help Ukraine with weapons.
