Simple lazy dumplings: how to prepare a delicious breakfast dish
Lazy cottage cheese dumplings do not need to be formed and they are cooked very quickly. Therefore, this dish is ideal for a hearty quick breakfast. You can serve them with sour cream, your favorite jam or berry sauce.

Ingredients:
- cottage cheese - 300 g
- flour - a glass
- eggs - 1 pc
- salt - a pinch
- vanilla sugar - 1 tsp
- sugar - 1 tbsp
Ingredients for blueberry sauce:
- frozen or fresh blueberries - 200 g
- sugar - 2-3 tbsp (to taste)
Method of preparation:
1. Mash the cottage cheese with a fork.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and knead the dough.
3. Sprinkle the surface with flour and roll out and cut the dough.
4. Cook the dumplings until they float to the surface.
5. For the sauce, put the blueberries in a preheated frying pan.
6. Heat well and add sugar.
7. Fry until the sugar is completely dissolved.
8. Put the blueberries on a plate and top with the dumplings and sour cream.
