Russian occupants launched a missile attack on a cafe and a grocery store in the village of Hroza, Kupiansk district, Kharkiv region. 48 people were reported to be killed.

According to the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, Russian troops struck the city around 13:15. "The Russians shelled a cafe and a store in the village of Hroza, Kupiansk district, where there were many civilians," he said in a statement on his Telegram channel.
