Media found two new large Putin's yachts, one of which is being repaired at a NATO shipyard

Russian dictator Vladimir Putin found to have two more yachts. These are the 71-meter yacht Victoria and the 38-meter boat Orion, which accompanies it.

Currently, Putin's well-known fleet already includes 10 ships. This is stated in an investigation by the Dossier Center.

As noted, the Victoria yacht is used by Putin's alleged mistress Alina Kabaeva and her entourage. Victoria was built at the shipyards of the Sevmash military plant. It was laid down in 2005 and was under construction for 14 years. It was the first attempt to build a civilian superyacht for the Russian president.

Victoria's hull was launched in 2013 and shipped to the ISA Yachts shipyard in Italy. She stayed there for 2 years, but ISA Yachts never started work due to lack of funding. It was completed at the shipyards of the Turkish company AES Yachts and launched in 2019.

Initially, the yacht's construction was paid for by businessman Sergey Maslov through his Julesburg Corp offshore company in the British Virgin Islands. Among other things, Maslov was involved in the creation of the Syrian Express, a fleet that delivered military supplies to the Russian base in Syria. The second person involved in the Syrian Express was Yevgeny Prigozhin.

Maslov claimed that it was not his yacht and that he was simply helping his close friend to complete the ship. The close friend is a friend of the president, Gennady Timchenko, whose structures eventually registered the yacht Victoria, which is worth $50.1 million, according to customs declarations.

Victoria is currently being built in Istanbul at the Desan Shipyard. This is an unusual company that fulfills not only civilian orders but also builds warships for NATO and can work with the alliance's secret documentation. Because of the long construction of Victoria, Timchenko began preparing the yacht Scheherazade for Putin, for which he raised money from Russian oligarchs.
