PrivatBank managed to protect Borivazh port from Boholyubov's fraudulent scheme

PrivatBank has managed to protect itself from Hennadiy Boholyubov's fraudulent scheme to take over the Borivazh port.

Earlier, it was reported that persons close to Hennadiy Boholyubov have been trying to take over the Borivazh port in Odesa region, which is pledged by PrivatBank. The events were accompanied by the use of rather dubious schemes and wide publicity in the media.

As a result, on August 15, the economic court of Dnipropetrovsk region granted PrivatBank's petition and seized the disputed port. Thanks to timely measures taken by PrivatBank and the court, damage to the state in the amount of more than UAH 5 billion was prevented.

We hope that in the near future the law enforcement authorities will evaluate these events and will put a bold end to any other attempts to conduct such brazen seizure of the state bank.
