Perfect cinnamon rolls that everyone can make: how to prepare the fluffiest dough

Not everyone manages to make the perfect delicate dough at home that goes well with the moist filling. However, with the following recipe, you will succeed.

The idea of making perfect cinnamon rolls was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Anna with the nickname anny.cooking. They require not only classic cinnamon, but also juicy apples.

Ingredients for the dough for 9-12 rolls:

  • egg - 1 pc
  • warm milk - 200 ml
  • sugar - 50 g
  • salt - 1/3 tsp
  • dry yeast - 1.5 tsp
  • flour - 450 g
  • soft butter - 60 g

Ingredients for the filling:

  • sugar - 100 g
  • cinnamon - 1 full tsp
  • soft butter - 100 g
  • apples - 600 g

Ingredients for the cream:

  • cream cheese - 200 g
  • powdered sugar - 40 g
  • milk - 2 tbsp milk
  • vanilla

Method of preparation:

1. Mix egg, warm milk, salt, sugar, and yeast.

2. Add to the flour and knead the dough.

3. Add the soft butter.

4. Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes.

5. Leave to rise for an hour.

6. For the filling, simmer the sliced apples for 10 minutes until soft and cool.

7. Mix with butter, cinnamon and sugar.

8. Roll out the dough into a 40x60 rectangle.

9. Spread the filling.

10. Roll up and cut into 12 equal pieces. Leave the buns to rise for 40 minutes.

11. Bake at 170 degrees for 40 minutes.

12. Cool for 20 minutes after baking and brush with the cream (combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and milk)
