- Dijon mustard - 1 tsp.
- wine vinegar - 1 tsp.
- vegetable oil - 2 tsp.
- butter
- purple onion - 1 pc (small)
- mozzarella cheese
- pickled cucumber
- green onion
- salt

1. Cut the potatoes in half, turn them over, brush with vegetable oil, and sprinkle with salt and your favorite spices.Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes until the potatoes are soft on the inside and crispy on the outside.
