"On June 1, McDonald's closed one of the most popular restaurants in Ukraine for reconstruction. The one located on Vokzalna Square near Kyiv Central Railway Station," the statement said.
It is noted that the repair work is scheduled to be completed by November 2024. After that, the restaurant on Vokzalna will have a new design of the hall with 193 seats and a terrace with 88 seats. There will be 11 two-way self-service terminals. It will also be the first McDonald's in Ukraine with a passenger elevator.
Over the past 10 years, this restaurant has been among the five most visited restaurants in Ukraine every year. In 2011, it became the second restaurant in the world.
