Muffins with berries and crumbs: how to cook to get the "wow!" effect

The whole process should take no more than 10 minutes, food blogger Liza Hlinska says on Instagram. The cook says that after tasting the product, you will immediately feel the "wow" effect.
Ingredients for dough for 10 pieces
- Eggs – 2 pcs
- Sugar – 100 gr
- Oil – 100 ml
- Flour – 200 g
- Baking powder – 1 tsp
- Kefir – 100 ml
- Black currant – 50 g
- Raspberries – 50 g
Ingredients for the crumble
- Flour – 50 g
- Sugar – 50 gr
- Butter – 30 g
Method of preparation
1. Combine flour and baking powder, and mix well.
2. Combine eggs, sugar, mix.
3. Add the oil and kefir. Stir to combine.
4. Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix.
5. Prepare the crumbs. Combine flour and sugar in a bowl and mix.
6. Add the butter and mash until crumbs form.
7. Spread the muffin batter into the molds, filling 2/3 of the mold height.
8. Put the berries in the dough and sprinkle with crumbs on top.
9. Send to bake in a preheated 180C oven for 25-30 minutes.
