The bank's chatbot message read, "We are currently experiencing difficulties with the mobile application, and as a result, we may respond more slowly than usual. Please don't worry, this issue is already being addressed by our specialists. Thank you for your understanding."
Users reported that the app showed an error when logging in and performing transactions.
Monobank co-founder Oleh Horokhovskyi noted on his Telegram channel that there were two DDoS attacks and assured that the situation was under control.

At 00:45, he wrote that the bank had fought off the attack. "It is over," the message read.
