Ingredients:

  • pork fillet - 800-100 g
  • large onion - 2 pcs
  • carrots - 4 pcs
  • cream or sour cream - 200 ml
  • water - 60 ml
  • hard cheese - 150 g
  • greens
  • salt, pepper

1. Cut the meat and pound on both sides.

2. Chop the onion (not too finely) and grate the carrot.
