If you want to cook juicy meat, be sure to marinate it for at least an hour, and preferably longer. For a bright flavor, be sure to add more spices and garlic. And to make the meat soft and juicy, be sure to add tomato or plum sauce, they will soften the meat fibers.
The cook shared a recipe on Instagram for a delicious, juicy meat roll with spices, rosemary, and sauce.
Ingredients:
- 1.5 kilograms of underbelly (pork)
- strong mustard and barbecue sauce
- rosemary
- 4 cloves of garlic
- salt, pepper, smoked paprika
- tourniquet (rope)
- baking sleeve
Method of preparation:
1. Season the meat with salt and pepper, add smoked paprika and 4 cloves of garlic. Brush with mustard and sprinkle with chopped rosemary leaves.
2. Roll up the roll and tie it with a string. If you have time, you can leave it to marinate for an hour or two.
3. Bake in the oven at 185 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
4. Take out and brush with the juice from the roll and glaze with barbecue sauce and bake for 10 minutes until appetizingly brown.
