Ingredients:
- 4 potatoes
- 2 beets
- salt, pepper
- herbs
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 50 g of mayonnaise or sour cream
- 150-200 g of herring
- red and green onions⠀ ⠀
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the potatoes, put them in a bag and cook in the microwave or bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Then let cool and cut in half.
