Ingredients:
- 500 g of puff pastry
- 350 g of frozen cherries
- 40 ml of water
- 4-5 tbsp of sugar
- 2 tbsp of cornstarch
- 1 egg yolk + sugar for dusting
Method of preparation:
1. Put the cherries in a saucepan, add water, sugar, starch and mix well. Stirring constantly, cook over medium heat until thickened. Remove from heat and let cool.

2. Divide the thawed dough into equal pieces and put the filling, sprinkle with sugar.
