Pita bread chebureks are a great alternative to products that are usually made from yeast dough. Not only is it faster, but it's also much healthier because you don't have to fry anything. Chebureks are baked in the oven without any oil at all.
The idea of making lazy pita bread pasties in the oven was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Yuliia Senych (yuliia.senych). Any minced meat will do.
Recipe for juicy pasties in the oven

Ingredients:
- pita bread - 4 pcs.
- minced turkey/chicken - 300 g
- onion - 1 pc.
- mozzarella cheese - 120 g (not too fat)
- salt and pepper
- egg for greasing + sesame seeds

1. Grate the onion into the minced meat, salt and pepper to taste.

2. Spread each pita bread with a thin layer of minced meat and sprinkle with cheese on top.

3. Brush the edge of the pita bread with a beaten egg and secure the pita bread.
