- salt – 0.5 tsp
- vinegar – 2 tbsp
- oil – 4 tbsp
- garlic – 2-3 cloves
- sugar – 1 tsp
- spices – black/red pepper
- coriander (if available)
- nutmeg (on the tip of a knife)

1. Peel and grate the beetroot.
2. Grate the garlic to the beets.

3. Add sugar, salt, and vinegar.
Mix everything
