Ingredients:
- Chinese cabbage - 4-5 pieces
- Salt - 2 tbsp
- Sugar - 2 tbsp
- Grated carrots - 100 gr.
- Grated daikon radish - 100 gr.
- Green onions - 100 gr.
Ingredients for hot sauce:
- Garlic - 50 gr.
- Fresh ginger - 50 gr.
- Dry chili - 50 gr.
- Anchovies - 20 gr.
- Dried shrimps - 2-3 pcs.
- Soy sauce - 50 ml.
- Water - 50 ml.
- Rice flour - 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the Chinese cabbage in half.
2. Mix sugar with salt. Pour well over the cabbage.
3. Put in a jar, cover with foil, and leave at room temperature for 1-2 days.
Prepare the sauce.

4. Rinse the cabbage well and squeeze out excess liquid.
5. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce and beat until smooth.
Leave for a day.
