The upcoming budget Kia EV2 was shown with a spectacular concept design online. In the future, it will be the cheapest crossover of the Korean brand in the electric segment. The car is almost ready for mass production.

Motor1 has revealed details. The new Kia EV2 of the 2026 model year is a compact city crossover of the B-segment, which is smaller than the Kia EV3 and will be cheaper.

The Kia EV2 electric car is expected to go on sale in 2026, and it is aimed at young buyers, as the estimated price is about $25,000. However, the manufacturer has not yet disclosed either any details about this or the characteristics.

Earlier, the Kia EV2 model was officially confirmed by the company. The upcoming electric crossover will have a modern design with spectacular exterior lighting and many intersecting geometric lines on the body.

It is still a concept, but the production car may look similar. We should not expect a huge power reserve as it is a budget model. Still, 300-400 km is a realistic assumption.
