Ingredients:
- medium champignons - 6 pcs
- minced meat - 100-150 g
- dill, parsley
- tomato puree - 100 ml
- salt, pepper
- cheese - 100 g
Method of preparation:
1. Wash and peel the mushrooms if necessary.
2. Remove the stems, chop them finely, and put on a plate.
3. Add the minced meat, herbs and tomato puree.
4. Add salt and pepper to taste and mix until smooth.
5. Fill the mushroom caps, put them in a baking dish and bake 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
6. After that, take them out, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for another 5 minutes until golden brown (convention mode).
