Gerbulova told about the conditions of the Commonwealth Cup

Russian biathletes have complained about the terrible living conditions in Ufa, where the second stage of the Commonwealth Cup will take place from December 15 to 17. In particular, the athletes faced unequipped bathrooms in the hotel, dust and repair debris left after the work.

Biathlete Natalia Gerbulova wrote about this on her Telegram channel. She posted a video from her hotel room showing the restroom. The 28-year-old Perm native also showed how the women themselves have to clean their rooms.

"We are very happy that Ufa is being renovated, but it happened during the competition for some reason, which everyone knew about in advance! Why athletes are placed here? Our toilets are awful. Look at this sh*t. There's not even a curtain, not even a rim. It's a joke. Look at the faucet and the sink. Look at the horror," Gerbulova complained.

Earlier, it became known that there were major problems with ammunition for biathletes from Russia after sanctions were imposed on the aggressor country.

As OBOZ.UA previously reported, the president of the Russian Ski Racing Federation (RRF), Yelena Vyalbe, expressed an absurd opinion that Russian athletes would be begged to return to international tournaments.
