On the screen, the actress will portray the American singer of Greek descent Maria Callas. According to media reports, all of Jolie's looks will be based on the opera diva's original outfits.

The film Maria will be released around 2024 and will be the first film to star an American actress in 3 years. The film will tell the story of opera singer Maria Callas in the 1970s in Paris at the end of her career.
